Don’t you just love the colors on this one? We made another acrylic pouring painting using some amazing colors! We believe it has a marble appearance, what do you think? Friends, the acrylic paint we used in this project was previously mixed with water, floetrol and silicone fluid. Here are the exact proportions:
1 oz of acrylic paint
1 oz of floetrol
0.5 oz of water
A few drops (4-5) of silicone fluid
First, we coated the canvas with a white base made with acrylic paint, also prepped with floetrol and water, for the paint to slide better when poured. Afterwards, we mixed the colors in a cup, poured the paint in an X, then handled the canvas. At the end, we heated the painting with a blow torch, to form the cells within the paint.
