Friends, we are so proud of this cool abstract painting we made using the string pull technique. Read the whole description for more details and watch the satisfying video until the end to see the beautiful result!
We love to experiment and play with various colors! This time, we used acrylic paint that was mixed with floetrol and water (*check out the exact proportions below), as well as cotton rope (4 mm). We poured the colors on the side, near the canvas, then dipped the rope in the acrylic paint. Afterwards, we pulled the strings on the canvas which was previously covered in white acrylic paint (also mixed with floetrol and water).
*Here are the proportions:
1 oz of acrylic paint
1 oz of floetrol
0.5 oz of water
