The first step is to draw a horizontal line slightly below the middle of your page, next draw a across on the right and left of your horizontal line, these will be the vanishing points for this 2-point perspective drawing. All parallel lines going towards the vanishing points will look like they meet at the vanishing points, if you extended the lines all the way to the horizon.
