Circle Line Art School Episode #312: How to Draw a Modern House in 1-Point Perspective: With Train Track. This perspective drawing is a pen drawing of a House in One-Point Perspective, step by step.

The first step is to draw a horizontal line halfway up your page, next draw a across on the right of your horizontal line, this will be the vanishing point for this 1-point perspective drawing. All parallel lines going towards the vanishing point will look like they meet at the vanishing point, if you extended the lines all the way to the horizon.
