★★★★★ I love this cup turner. It's my first and i think i chose well.I see some complaints on here about the noise. I think i can shed some possible light on that. The heavier the cup gets, the more the pipe rubs on the felt. I took some clear tape and put it on the arm to eliminate the rubbing noise.I love how I can control the direction with just a couple of clicks with the one switch. No frustration with the switch being on thr opposite side of thr cup than me while working.The screw to remove the arm was a little intimidating to me as I was just learning how to do cups. It isnt necessary to tighten them all the way. Takes seconds to remove and replace.The little tripod stands it comes with are great!!!! I use them to prop my cups up outside to spray paint and to dry indoors. Less handling on my cups. Which is how I thought of the tape on arm to eliminate noise, it was matte paint and the arm didnt glide as easily. .Over all. I am very satisfied with this ourchase and plan on getting a few more!!!!

The only thing that I don’t like is you have to remove a tiny screw to take the rod with the tumbler on it. My husband bought a Clevis pin and that solved the problem.
