Acrylic is a great choice over oil paint for beginners as it dries faster and is more forgiving in my opinion.The paint knives have a metal heads which is an upgrade over the plastic one that I had. The tabletop easel is sturdy and it come with a nice set of assortment of brushes and flat canvas sizes.The pallets are cool. I never used one.
