User reviews

The measurement lines are not accurate at all. I put in 3 ounces of water (as measured by the line on the cup). I then weighed the cup and water on my digital scale (with the scale zeroed out with a dry cup on it). I then filled the cup to the 6 ounce line and weighed again. The weight should have doubled. It did not. Not even close.Further, the mixing ratio lines don't even agree with the ounce lines. For example, in the attached pic I put a blue line where the "1" is on a "1:1" mix. I then put another blue line under the second "1". Note the bottom "1" is almost exactly 3 ounces. If you filled up to the second "1", you would expect the ounce line to the left to read double 3 ounces, to the 6 ounce line. It does not. Notice it reads about 5.5.These cups are off. I hope my resin cures with the arbitrary pour i just put down.
Bought these cups for use with Epoxy Resin. I'm giving them two stars only for the fact that the cured resin released easily from the cups so I could re-use them, however the measurements on the sides are WAY off. I started to notice that I was having issues with my resin working time, and my bottles were off. When I tested the cups with water the markers are not accurate. Not even close. I just wish I would have realized it before I went through half a gallon of artists epoxy.
I can't understand why they would sell paint cups that obviously are made with lids and not give you any lids...
