  2. In between the single phases, how long does it take for the paint to dry up enough so you can paint over it? For example before the actual black paint to draw the lighthouse is applied. Or when the stencil for the beam of light is put on the canvas, how to avoid it sticking to the painting and smear and ruin the paint beneath it?
